REFUND POLICY (60-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE)

We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied, our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee has you covered, on the terms below. This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service.

Our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not happy with an eligible product, contact us within 60 days of the date your order was delivered and we will make it right with a refund. Plants and lawns take time to respond, so we built in a full 60 days for you to see results.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@drmanismagic.com within 60 days of delivery. Include your order number, the product, and a short note about what happened. You do not need to ship the product back. Once we approve your request, we will issue your refund to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

What the Guarantee Covers

  • A refund of the product price for up to one unit of each product you purchased (for example, one Plant Super Boost, one Crab, Kelp & Amino Acids, and one Super Soil). It does not cover additional units of the same product.

  • A flat shipping and handling fee of $9.95 per refunded item is non-refundable and is deducted from your refund. This fee applies even if your order shipped free, because we still pay to pack and ship every order.

  • One guarantee claim per customer or household.

What Is Not Eligible

  • Products purchased from anyone other than us (we cannot verify third-party purchases).

  • Additional units beyond one of each product.

  • Requests made more than 60 days after delivery.

  • Orders we believe involve fraud, abuse of this guarantee, resale, or repeated claims.

  • The $9.95 per-item shipping and handling fee, which is non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within a reasonable time after delivery with photos. In that case we will replace or fully refund the affected item, including its shipping and handling fee, at our discretion.

Subscriptions

The 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to your first order of a product. To stop future subscription orders, cancel through your subscription portal or by contacting us, as described in our Terms of Service. Canceling stops future charges; it does not refund orders already shipped or in process.

Our Discretion

We administer this guarantee in good faith and reserve the right to approve, limit, or decline any refund request, and to update this policy at any time. This guarantee gives you specific rights; you may also have other rights under the law that vary by location.
